Outpost Natural Food Co-op visit
We visited the Outpost Natural Food Co-op in Milwaukee, WI. Outpost co-op has 4 locations in the Milwaukee area. This is a true one-stop grocery stop, with local beer and wine selections (it IS WI!), including Gluten-free beer; a produce section rivaling Jewel in selection and value and focusing on local and organic; a fantastic variety of humanely-raised, hormone-free, antibiotic free meat including bison, duck, lamb, and cuts of meat that are not available at most grocery stores; a huge bulk selection where you’ll save 35%; and a large variety of canned goods and everything else (and a whole lot more) that you’d find in the average grocery store. The big question is: Milwaukee has FIVE food co-ops while Chicagoland has only one – can we change that?!?
Farmers Market

Prairie Food Co-op 
As far as a name is concerned I would suggest one that casts a wider net than Lombard, here is my suggestion Love Coop, Lo for Lombard, V for Villa Park and E for Elmhurst, or something county wide. Also I see some Co-ops have a .coop extension as their web address, so might want to consider what looks good with .coop if that will be incorporated in the web address
